Refund Policy

○ Every jewel is crafted to perfection and undergoes strict quality checks.
○ Refunds are only applicable in rare cases of verified manufacturing defects.
○ Custom and bespoke orders are non‑refundable.
○ Once the article has been accepted at delivery after complete cross‑checking by the customer, it is not eligible for return or refund.
○ Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
